YCDP 2012 [ Part I ]

 Assalamualaikum readers. 

First of all, yahoooooo! this is my second blog. hahahahaha. 1st blog need to be privatized already since i've wrote too much about personal and i think, just keep it as my e-diaries only la, not suitable to share everythings with people. Am i right, friends?

oho. i know its right (Ceh, perasan betul budak ni.lalala).

Okay, enough of the first blog. Now, i want to tell a story about the event that i have attended last week at Residence Hotel Uniten.

Wahaha, i am so great and thankful enough to Allah for giving me a chance to be there cause you know what, it is much pleasure to be in the hotel, x kisah la hotel 1st star ke 3rd star ke, 5 star memang definitely everyone would never want to forget the chance, right?. 

Look at the food, these are only some of them, there are two more foods to be eat after this first session. Look at tummy immediately! ahaha

Okay, come back to the topic. That 3 days event is known as Youth Career Development Program 2012 (YCDP 2012). It is actually been held for the first time and handled Multimedia University, MMU and helped by Pembimbing Rakan Sebaya Uniten. This event is open to public and private universities in Malaysia and mostly objective is to improve soft skills and to develop entrepreneurship of participants. And of course the program is run in English will also helps participants to improve their English proficiency. 

Now, lets look on the program contents. Waaaaa, so much talk, talk, talk and talk. And all invited speakers are from business sector and IT sector. Its so hard for me as chemical engineering students to catch up with the contents. Bla, Bla, bla. 

But, there is one thing that i confirmed support them and congratulate them. It is the invited speakers. They are all well-known and important speakers such as CEO TalentCorp, Manager of Dell Malaysia, Jason Lo- the CEO of TuneTalks,  and Irfan Khairi. 

Waaahh! Although business is not my intention, just to said that, so impressive the work of the community towards this program! Congrate you all!

And i would like to mention also that i'm proud of myself being there as one of best students which represent the other friends as well as proud of myself for always being popular. hahahaha! popular cz always gives comment about their programs and always critics their works. Dah orang lain segan sangat nak cakap, saya bantai je la.=p

Here is some of the comments towards this problem for the improvement in next YCDP:

Let me praise they first. Praise first before condemn.haha

• Place is condusive!
• You all are great enough in manage to get sponsors as well as the invited speakers =) (I'm so proud of Irfan and Senator Idris Jala)
• You all manage to handled 200 participants very well.
• And lastly, sporting!

Okay, now let me condemn and give suggestion k. Chill guys!

• There are too much talk in a day. Imagined, 4 talks in a day, morning until night! harghhhhhhh. Cramped brain to hear and absorb! so,you all can have talk, group task, discussion, mock project meeting, mock interview session, prepare resume like what TalentCorp do.
• All about business! not all of the participants come from business background, there is still engineering students, IT students and not all of them want t end up their career in business...  So, must be balanced =)
• Please, standardize the order as well as the information among the committee members! that is more important. =)
